I have lived at Riverpointe for 2 years, and I think that it is the best place to live. I would have to disagree with the people saying that maintence wasnt quick and efficient. The staff there is awesome and everytime I had a problem they were really quick to help me out! The new girl in the office is awesome so friendly, and Bobbi the manager is really great! she is no where near being two faced at all!! There arent kids running around like animals. and yes they do ask you to be with your animal when it is outside and not just let them roam around, and who wants to step in dog poop' of corse they are going to ask you to pick up their own poop so that no one else has to. and it isnt a $250 dollar fine. It is only $50!! The pool is also very pleasnt, there are kids there but not a ton and so what it is a community!!! You are not going to be able to go any apartment complex and not expect to have kids running around.

Bobbi is a liar, unprofessional and two faced just like the posting said and for the amount of money they extort to have a furry 4 legged tenant rather than a wild rambunctious child is extortion, what a pathetic dump, shut your pie hole
