This place is horrible, noisy, lots of kids, they are not pet friendly, they charge an extortion fee to own one and then if any little thing goes wrong with anything they accuse instead of trying to address or fix the problem. The manager is a liar, don't waste your money on this place, it's not worth the harassment.

You sound as snotty as those who are in the office there. What you obviously didn't read was the fact that multiple other postings refer to the apartment management giving pet owners grief and harassing them. Why are you reading apartment ratings if you have a "new home" bankruptcy getcha? You completely missed the point, go figure

If the dogs are going to the poop in the lawn and pet owners are not picking it up then why would Riverpointe Staff want to have to deal with the other resident coming in saying that they are stepping in dog poop that isn't their pets??? It just doesn't make sense. I dont think that it was Riverpointes problem I think you might be the one with the problem. It is my first home that me and my husband are buying....so how can I go bank-rupt??? I really dont need to give you an explination as to why I am on Apartment Ratings, but I was going to post something nice to make Riverpointe look good because I really enjoyed living there and It was a great experience, so I thought I would like to let everyone else know as well! Maybe you should be a little more mature with your problems and stop acting like a child.
