I've been reading the reviews and have no idea what these people are talking about. I love my apartment. I've never had any problems and I think the manager is very nice and I like her kids. Actually I'm her neighbor. Office staff changes hands but are always friendly and efficient. I really like the maintenance guys, you always see them busy.
