The parking here sucks which is the only negative thing I have discovered. Nice Quiet Area This complex has been very nice for a small family. Dog friendly, but there's always one or more naive tenants that are unaware of their duties as dog owners. Close to highway for access to I-5. Quiet for the most part, other than highway noise. Great staff,

Apartments clean and large for the money Management is great as well as maintenance. The only problem is noise at night sometimes and the mounds of dog poop some dog owners choose to leave behind. Otherwise grounds are clean, people are nice and we love living here. Parking can be an issue

Not a good place Management does not remove people who violate their own tenants laws. Management bases their references off of the opinion of their maintenance personnel and not their record keeping.
