You'll be eating Ramen, but you'll be in good shape!

The reviews I've read as of yet have been rather accurate. There is a big discrepency between the quality of the townhomes and that of the apartments.
With living in the apartments, you can hear every sound, step, move or sneeze your neighbor makes. The noise alone will drive you batty.
The cosmetic appearance of the apartments and the complex in general is a major draw, but do not be fooled. Garbage pickup is frequently late or forgotten, parking is a nightmare (especially if you live on the hilly section, oh wait, that's most of the complex) and access to mail can be a real pain if you hit *rushhour* as people have no sense of courtesy. The workout facility has minimal equiptment, but does have tanning and a racquetball court. The pool area is well maintained, but how hard is it to mess up concrete slabbing' The pool always looks a little dingy and I have yet to see it cleaned professionally.
Management has been relatively friendly, but I don't think it's worth it to re-up for another year. They have been promising clean windows for months now, asking residents to remove their screens, but that was back in early November and nothing has come of it.
Considering a one-bedroom apartment at Boulder Creek will cost anywhere from $1300 on up, and you'll be eating Ramen for every meal if you rent the townhomes, you'd be better off going elsewhere. There are better deals out there for higher standards of quality, faster response from management and all for less money.
For those that wish the appearance of class w/out the quality workmanship, no insulation, no parking and lack of storage, this is the place for you.
