The staff is top notch! If I have a question, they are always back to me quickly and with an answer. They are friendly always and extremely helpful - who would have thought a leasing office would help you get your dry cleaning done! It's the extra touch that we all like. And they throw awesome wine tasting parties! I can't wait for summer - the pool looks so inviting. I hear we will be having barbeques!

I love the sense of nature at Boulder Creek. I see owls, hear frogs, enjoy the native birds - even eagles, see deer on my walks in the morning with my dog. The beautiful snow capped Cascade Mountains are in my window when I wake up in the morning.

My neighbors are awesome. My commute to downtown Seattle is so pleasant! Over the bridges, through the tunnels with Mt Rainier watching over me from the south and the Olympics teasing me from the west.

My townhouse is spectacular. I love my island kitchen. I have more than adequate storage, and I'm a avid cook. I don't hear any noise from my neighbors unless they are outside having fun. How great can that be!

Relax, enjoy, just live! At Boulder. You'll love it.
