I have mixed feelings about recommending this complex. I do, however, feel it is far too expensive for what you get. Do not let the showy facade fool you!

I had no problem with parking, but maintenance was slow, garbage was allowed to overflow at the dumpster (they need more) creating it?s own problems, and management tried to ignore all the problems.

They tell you in the "sell" meeting that this is built condo quality this you must understand is NOT true. The walls between units are paper thin and you can hear everything. I did not have a problem with the upstairs person so I cannot rate that. One thing I want to mention is the heat. Depending on where you live there is no breeze due to placement of the units and it gets HOT - and to try to reduce the heat by one of the products for your windows are not allowed.

Safety seemed ok, I never felt insecure but if this complex was somewhere else the way it is laid out and poorly lit it would be a problem.

It is really sad that contractors are so into the big fast Microsoft bucks around here that no one takes pride in workmanship anymore which gets you shoddy units. The multi-family buildings are not built with living in "quiet" enjoyment in mind. We are just cattle....But then the office staff give breaks to MS workers - hurray for you.

This is not the best you can do, but also not the worse - go into wherever you choose with eyes wide open and ask, ask, ask, ask questions. And be sure everything is disclosed to you that you will be responsible for paying.
