I have lived in Boulder Creek for two years now and don't understand the negativety on this review board. I have had nothing but positive experiences from the neighbors, staff and accomodations.

The only reason I am moving out now is, it is time to buy a house. Otherwise, I would stay here forever.

I know the management had some previous trouble with a few employees. I wonder of they are the ones leaving the negative feedback.

Anyway, I would recommend the place.
