Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
No insulation, when your neighbors bath or use the bathroom you hear everything; even things you wish not to hear.
Management needs an overhaul. They do not care about their tennants.
They want you to pay for repairs that have not been repaired. They do not replace a cabinet and they want you to pay for it or they will not renew your lease.
