It is ture that it is very loud here and I have good neighbors! I hear them having sex, going to the bathroom, watching tv and listening to music. This is just normal, everyday living not party animal antics.

During the summer it was unbearable hot in my top-floor apartment.

My biggest gripe is that I was promised, before and upon signing my lease, that certain changes would be made in the apartment...carpet,appliances, etc. A week prior to move in (I made an unannounced visit to check progress) I was told the changes would be made before my move-in date. They (the changes) were not made prior to or after my move in and the staff was very indignant about it. I sincerly got the feeling that this was typical, afterall what was I going to do' I had my moving truck and movers waiting, the office already had my money and I had no other place to live lined up. Shame on them for lying.

Only when we were in the midst of working the deal for me to move in did I ever get a phone call back after leaving a message on voicemail. Once they had my deposit I never connected with them unless I was lucky enough to catch them in the office. Also, the answering service for after-hours maintenance is a joke, some girl who can barely answer the phone is making decisions as to whether my maintenance issue is an emergency or not. The manager and assistant both left recently and now we are sharing staff from a neighboring complex, I can't see how this will be good.

Good Points -
Lovely Complex - Grounds, Pool, Cabana
Trash Pick-Up - How convenient, curb-side service 3 times a week, beats schlepping it to the dumpster myself.
Floor Plans and Color Schemes - Large and up-to-date, love my soaking tub, light fixtures and high ceilings.

I would recommend but only after you read this review...now you know their game.
