We lived one of their townhomes for 1 year, nice for the most part...but you could hear the neighbor run up and down the stairs from the garage and to the top floor. Sounded like a herd of Elk.

Dogs barking endlessly, worse than a country suburb.

Tenants drive fast through driving areas.

Maintenance was awful. Painted other people's hair in walls. Kind of stunk inside (we rented sight unseen by the way.

Filthy, had to hire someone to reclean the unit...was reimbursed.

Staff was a bit ditzy.

Neighbors partying in the commons area, between buildings all night.
