We've lived here for a 2 months and hate every moment. When you drive into Boulder Creek the first thing you see is the lovely trash pile. The office is supposed to open at 9:00, yet on numerous occassions I find myself waiting about 9:20 - 9:30 for the manager. Try taking a problem to her, she is rude, arrogant, and makes you question yourself, what did I get myself into here' I have never experience so many maintenance and management issues. Our contract doesn't expire for another 10 months and I feel we leased a lovely peace of hell with the she------.
