In the three years that I have been here, Boulder Creek has gone through several management changes. I will refrain from commenting on past management and focus my attention to the current management staff.
Richard and Heidi are wonderful and much needed additions to Boulder Creek. In the short time that they have been here, my wife and I have noticed a tremendous change in the quality of life here. The resident functions have always been a favorite "perk" for us. The past functions have been fun but not particularly well thought-out. Since Richard's arrival, the functions have been planned much better and there is always an overabundance of "good eats" rather than past events in which they were gobbled-up in the first hour of the function with nothing left for the remaining few hours.
The trash situation, (which has been a point of contention with many of our neighbors and other residents), has been significantly improved.
The grounds look so much better. The maintenance crew has been working hard to clean off the sidewalks and driveways as well as painting the firelanes.
Boulder was a wonderful place 3 years ago but is a much better place now. It truly is "Luxury Living."
