Asking too Much

In comparison to other like apartments, BC is asking too much for the apartments. The newer apartments in the area have larger workout rooms, better theater rooms, and has playgrounds for children. BC really doesn't offer anything that any other apartment offers, but BC charges like it's something special. I have lived here about two and half years and I have seen the tenants change. It went from a nice quiet residence with retirees and professionals, to a place where there are 5 people crammed in a two bedroom apartment. I usually see five cars crammed in the garage and parking area outside the apartments, which only means that there are multiple people living in one apartment. The tenants are younger and louder. It's not unusual to hear loud music and loud cars at midnight. It's like a teenage hang out now and the management doesn't care. As long as they are getting their money, they could care less if two families are crammed in a small apartment. I probably will be moving to a new apartment soon, either on Mercer Island or Redmond.
