First, let me say the term luxury apartment apparently has a very broad meaning. One would expect service at a "luxury" apartment to be at least competent, but not at Boulder Creek. I went to the office to ask to change a date on an inspection. One living at a "luxury" apartment would expect the response, "yes sir, anything to help out." Nope. I got "due to "budget" reasons we can't change the date." Number one, that's a lame excuse and number two, that's admitting that the apartment is not doing well financially. Which is no surprise considering the change in tenants at this apartment. When I first moved in, the complex was a community and people were friendly and courteous. Even the management was fun to deal with, but now it's a different story. Their are idiots with pit bull dogs; people with loud bass speakers in their cars thumping past midnight; and idiots that are so lazy that they stack their trash outside their door. This is all due to the lazy and idiotic management. They don't realize they are destroying goodwill. If they destroy goodwill, it's going to be harder for them to manage the apartment. Thank goodness for the housing bust... now I can buy a townhome without the annoying management.

We must be neighbors, because i can hear that same thumping loud car past midnight too. Im sick of the noise!

ha, the apartment complex I lived in before was a luxury complex for sure and they wouldn't allow reschedules on inspections,and no one complained b/c sometimes things cant ALWAYS go your way even if you were in the best place money could buy they wouldn't. Wake up and realize that griping over the smallest things is stupid. If you live in an APARTMENT complex there is going to be others around that u have to deal with, you know this when u rent from an apartment complex, and another thing if the management was griping about every thing that everyone does you would be complaining about that too, so it would make your "rant" seem more believable if you would put the good things too instead of just the bad, b/c this site is for others to get a real feel of what the place is like and we want to know the good and bad. also, it makes u seem ignorant to call people idiots.
