I have neighbors that live above me that are cows. I can hear every thumping footstep, i can hear them having sex and i can hear them pee. The walls are paper thin and im sick of the noise. This place is not luxury. A trailer park would be more luxurious. Save your money, time and frustration and find a better place.

I agree. Apparently, the management has so mismanaged the property that they are allowing teenagers to live in the apartment complex. I see them packed into apartments like gypsies. A few years ago, the management were able to get responsible people to rent. Now it's thumping music all night long, and the management doesn't do anything about it. Luxury my butt. The management drove off all the people that make Boulder Creek a community. Luckily, due to the housing bust, I am moving to a townhouse just north of Seattle. I would recommend that people look into renting condos and townhomes since they are higher quality and equal to if not cheaper than renting at an apartment now.
