The place was once a nice place to live. Now it's overrun by teenagers. It's a sign of mismanagement by the front office. The front office for some reason found it logical to drive off the responsible people and rent to a bunch of teenagers. You can hear the bass thumping at all hours and groups of them smoking in the parking areas. This is suppose to be a luxury apartment complex.

I'm angry at the front office for making a nice place to live a ghetto. Luckily, I'm moving to a townhouse. You get much more for your money from renting a townhome or condo. This is one fortunate result of the housing bust; a lot more townhome/condo rentals on the market at prices cheaper than Boulder Creek.

Maybe you should take a look into an old timer's community becuase you can't deny people because of their age. And since when are teenagers "ghetto."
