When we moved in a year ago, BC was one of the best, but over the year, the place turned into a terrible experience. The company has cut the service staff by half, and hired new management that is rude and ineffective. Service requests are ignored or delayed to the point of us having to do the repairs ourselves, and the entire place is messy and dirty. Another major concern is inflated gas bills (over 100$ a month), and the management simply ignore, even though most tenants have complained. Stay away from BC - for the same price, you can rent a big house right across the street in Klahanie. This is what we are doing now!
