We just moved to Peregrine Point from out of state about a month ago.
The unit itself is all we could have asked for. Plenty of room and situated with a nice view from both the master bedroom and deck. The neighborhood has been extremely quiet, and beyond people leaving for work in the morning, you'd think you didn't even have neighbors living right next door.
Not a whole lot of guest parking, but we have a 2 car garage so 2 guest vehicles could easily fit in the parking area in front of the garage if needed. The "complete lack of amenities" didn't bother us in the least since we already were members of a gym and weren't concerned about having a poor/spa on the grounds.
The management went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure our move in went smoothly. We greatly appreciated this because we had a 850 mile distance we were moving and were naturally uneasy about such a big undertaking. The staff here make the move-in go nearly flawless and we've enjoyed our stay here thusfar. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
