I've lived in Peregrine Point for nearly a year now and I love it. I moved from a nice apartment complex because I was looking for a home with a great layout in safer neighborhood.

My townhome is well appointed and spacious with a beautiful view of Mt. Rainier. I rarely hear my neighbors other than the occasional accidental door blowing shut or the kids playing outside on the weekends.

It's peaceful at night and you can hear the frogs croaking from the boardering wetlands. The management and maintenance, Nicole and Tomas, are helpful and friendly. A selling point for me is that they were pet friendly and for the most part everyone picks up after their pets too.

There aren't any amenities, such as a gym or pool but I wasn't looking for those things in a home. If you're looking for a place that is convenient to most everything (shopping, freeways, parks, schools) with beautiful homes for a good price, than this is your place!
