I lived on the 4th floor facing the "quiet" wooded area for two years.

I say "quiet" because the alley behind the apartments quickly turned into an all-hours teen hangout spot. Graffiti, skateboarding, yelling, fighting, car stereos, you name it. In the summer it is impossible to open your windows because of the noise coming from the "quiet" wooded area. Saffron staff wouldn't do anything, and the police wouldn't do anything unless management called. Living in a building with no air conditioning (what were they thinking') when you can't open your windows made it unliveable.

The "secure" or even "access-controlled" parking is a joke. The garage door doesn't close half the time and when it does, it takes 5 minutes from the time it opens until it closes. Because of this, there are quite frequently non-residents (again, teens on skateboards up to no good) INSIDE the "secure" parking garage. This led to several separate incidents of graffiti and car break-ins. Management simply didn't care even when I followed up with the owners of the property, no steps were taken to make this more secure.

Because the floors are cement, any noise from apartments on your floor are transferred to your apartment. Got a neighbor with a subwoofer' Great, your pictures will rattle off the walls and your floor shakes. Management won't do anything unless it's after 10pm...and management doesn't work after 6pm...catch-22.

It's a real shame because the apartments are well-built and beautiful. Unfortunately, the ownership and management simply don't care about the tenants. Avoid this at all costs.
