The apartments are very nice. I had a studio and was very happy with it. It had great appliances and was fairly sound proof. If you can get over the circus decor in the halls, its very pretty. However, it is located in Sammamish which is nowhere near anything and I cannot understand how they can charge the same rents as they do in Bellevue and downtown Seattle.

Management was fine while I was there but I really had no issues. I have heard that it has changed since I moved and they are extremely unresponsive to resident needs.

It was nice while I lived there but I can't see paying that much ever again for what I got.
