Enjoyable Place to Live

We enjoyed our time at Saffron. Indoors, it was always very quiet. One the couple of occasions that neighbors were too loud, there were notices posted to remind the residents about the noise policy and there were no more problems. As for noise from outside, that can be expected because of the location of the complex. The units on the side facing Safeway and the shopping center are subjected to traffic noise and sometimes HS kids hanging out on Friday and Saturday. You can't expect to live near a busy intersection and not have traffic noise. With that said, we didn't mind the noise, because the convenience of the location made up for that. There is a Safeway, Bartell's, Ace Hardware, banks, and several other stores and places to eat well within walking distance. The parking garage always had plenty of spaces available and the door kept shut (everyone gets a remote).
The only real complaint was that maintenance was bad when we first moved in. But, I think that problem was resolved as the maintenance guy was replaced a couple of months later.
After cleaning the place well before we left, we got back 100% of our deposit. We even got back about ten days of rent because we moved out a couple of weeks early and management was able to rent our unit right away. Fortunately, there was high demand for studios at the time. The staff were always helpful and courteous.
