Judging from the other reviews I think I lucked out. I have a unit around the back side of building 1, facing a wooded area (not the street or retail parking lot). It's extremely quiet, I've never heard a peep from outside and very rarely hear my neighbors. I've lived here 9 months so far and I plan on staying another year.
When I moved in the unit was immaculate, and looked brand new. I haven't had to interact much with the management since signing the lease but I have no complaints. This apartment is still relatively new, and nothing has needed repair yet. It's not a luxury apartment but the layout of the units is smart, and the build quality seems good. Gas appliances and heated floors set this place apart from many other apartments on the east side, and saves you money.
This apartment is a good choice if don't mind living out in boring Sammamish and don't want to pay extra for amenities you never use. Cons' The circus-style painting in the hallways looks ridiculous. The units are great though.
