First of all they will lie, cheat, and do anything it takes to keep your security deposit. They blatantly lied in an effort to keep mine and it took a great deal of my time and energy as well as legal help to get back what was rightfully mine to begin with. Secondly, it is noisy here and not very safe. Doors slam in the stairwell and echo through the building, kids are constantly yelling and running around, there are some dogs near the property that bark and howl incessantly and if you aren't already an early riser - you will be when the garbage man comes. Flyers were hung up all over the property warning of car thefts that apparently occur rather frequently on the property. DOn't let the garage fool you either - your car won't be safe there because the door rarely works right and is open most of the time - and the kids like to play in there too. Oh, and I hope you like pigeons - they are very noisy and messy and the complex tried to charge me for all the bird $@!% on my balcony! The staff does not return your phone calls and the maintenance guy will take his sweet time fixing anything broken (and there was a list when I moved in!) in your apartment. This place has gone from bad to worse and by best advice is for you to look elsewhere! There are lots of new apartments opening up in the area that are much nicer, more professional, and have far more amenities than Saxony.
