Look somewhere else! Due to the fact I am on the thrid floor, my porch is not covered. Which results in a layer of green moss on my entire porch! I asked them for THREE years to repaint and power wash my porch. I kept getting "Oh when the weather dries up, we will get to it." In the four years I lived there, they NEVER painted! NEVER! Stay far away! It's not worth it!
