I liked this place - it was pretty quiet. I lived there for at least two years.

I lived in the middle floor of a building, and I could hear the neighboors dog running upstairs and sometimes other people's showers in my bathroom, but in general it was really quiet. Ok for families, there's a playground, etc.

Never had any problems happening to my car. However the "security gates" are a joke, and the "secured parking" was only secure overnight. Sometimes.

The location was great except for the fact that it's in Sammamish, and it's a nightmare to get onto Redmond Way during rush hour.

I only needed maintainece once during my stay, and they got a guy to come look at the infloor heating within two days. Not great, but not bad. I didn't have to remind them or harrass them to get service.

The stove is gas, which is a treat, and the appliances are pretty good and fairly new.

The in floor heating is really loud, but after a while you don't even hear it.

The people at the leasing office are very nice and friendly.

I'd rent there again, especially the townhouses.

The townhouses are very nice. :) My fiancee and I just moved into one recently, and it is bar-none the nicest place I've lived in since getting out on my own. :) You'd like it here.
