I lived in Saxony for three years. Loved the location and the looks of the buildings. However, I had a horrific mold problem that resulted in needing to move out ASAP. The staff was NOT friendly. Parking used to be a big problem...don't know if it still is. Also, very noisy--children from rental homes run around apartment buildings like it's all one big playground. Also, in three years, they never fixed the planters--bare, ugly and empty and they were everywhere. I'd consider options carefully.
