Straightforward Review of McGuire - I have been living at McGuire for the past 7 months and the experience so far has been good. When I first viewed the apartment, I had been apartment shopping at several locations in the Belltown area that were advertising "leasing deals" but none came close to what McGuire had to offer. I considered - location, rates, lease terms, parking costs, storage, ...Full review of McGuire Apartments

Good place to look into - I lived in apartment #214 for 11 months. The maintenance and onsite management was awesome. They are easy to get in touch with, easy to talk to and respond quickly with any issues you may have with your unit. If you are dead set on living in Seattle, this is a great location and affordable in comparison. It does not compare to the same amount you could be spending in the 'burbs. Pricey and noisy but clean and convenient - I lived in Husky Court from during the 2007-08 school year in the "B" building. From my experience, this is the "quieter" of the buildings; "A" is roughly 2 feet away from the frat house next door. Request "B" if you are interested in the building... Overall, it was one of the cheaper "studio rooms" in the U-District. Very close to campus, I ...Full review of Husky Court Apartments
