Post Alley Court Apartments

1406 Western Avenue, Seattle, WA 98101

09/25/13 by Lbrinn: Noted- This is for Post Alley Court, not to be confused with The Post (Classic mix up!) Ive lived at Post Alley Court for a year now and just signed on for another year in a new unit! The management has been amazing to say the very least, they even helped me move my furniture! Lets be honest, I have looked at almost every apartment on western down elliot and you will not find a better more

The Station at Othello Park

4219 South Othello, Seattle, WA 98118

03/23/14 by anonymous: I am not sure why the previous reviews are so horrible- maybe management back in the day wasn't so good. I have lived here for several months now, and haven't had any issues as of yet. I plan on renewing my lease once it is up. The rooftop area is awesome, and hardly anyone ever uses it. There are 3 gas grills, a bunch of seating, a fire pit and a hot tub for use. more

Altamira Apartments

4540 42nd Avenue Southwest, Seattle, WA 98116

03/13/14 by anonymous: We have lived at Altamira for the better part of 4 years and have loved living here. The management and maintenance team have always been helpful and responsive to any request we have had. The facilities are clean and well kept. more

120 Republican Street, Seattle, WA 98109

07/09/14 by Verified Resident: The neighborhood is great. Access to groceries, banks, restaurants, bars and activities right outside your door. All three of the rooftop decks are beautiful. The apartments are nice and have energy efficient appliances. The 1st Ave side has a lot of street noise (busses, trucks, drunken revelers and drug-addled transients). The Seattle Center side gets a lot of festival and event noise. more

Fountain Court Apartments

2400 4th Avenue, Seattle, WA 98121

07/26/14 by nmseattle: Security in this building is a joke, and management has known for years and doesn't do anything to fix it. They've been going through a massive remodel over the last year (polishing a turd, if you ask me), but haven't fixed any of the security issues. The gates are routinely broken; as such people can get into our complex with no key fob. The building rents out parking spaces more

Royvue Apartments

615 Bellevue Avenue East, Seattle, WA 98102

05/21/14 by anonymous: The building is beautiful and the neighbors are mostly kind and friendly. It's wonderful to be able to walk through a well-tended garden every day. The architectural elements of the building are also fantastic. The manager is very conscientious. I am glad to live here; it's quiet and lovely. There are some drawbacks, though: --can't hang photos on the wall--only from more

The Lyric

215 10th Avenue East, Seattle, WA 98103

07/31/14 by Verified Resident: It is a great location and a great building. I just moved in and have thouroughly enjoyed my first two weeks in Seattle! Excellent 24/7 amenities and views from the roof that cannot be beat, plus it's in the middle of it all on capitol hill! I am happy with my choice and I love the area directly around the building. It is a great place for someone just moving to Seattle as the leasing office more

Skyline House

600 West Olympic Place, Seattle, WA 98119

06/20/14 by kiminoa: As long as Roy is the apartment manager here, I cannot recommend the Skyline House enough. It is a little spendy for my small studio+"den" with its 3/4 scale kitchen, but it's worth it. Safe, prompt maintenance and the incredible quantity of friendly, long-term tenants speaks volumes about what a great place this is to live. Ventilation is great too, for those who worry about more

Harbor Steps

1221 1st Avenue, Seattle, WA 98101

03/19/14 by anonymous: This is the second time I've lived at Harbor Steps. Once in 2009 and now again in 2014. I love the amenities, the people here are friendly, the location is wonderful, and I will miss it when we finally buy a place and move out. more

Amli 535

535 Pontius Avenue N, Seattle, WA 98109

07/31/14 by Verified Resident: I love the location, price, living space, amenities, pet policies, and reasonable rent at AMLI535. But above all, it's the leasing staff who make it feel like home. They are so friendly and accommodating, always looking out for their residents' best interests. I don't see myself living anywhere else until I'm ready to buy! more
