120 Republican Street, Seattle, WA 98109

07/09/14 by Verified Resident: The neighborhood is great. Access to groceries, banks, restaurants, bars and activities right outside your door. All three of the rooftop decks are beautiful. The apartments are nice and have energy efficient appliances. The 1st Ave side has a lot of street noise (busses, trucks, drunken revelers and drug-addled transients). The Seattle Center side gets a lot of festival and event noise. more

Luxe at Meridian (formerly Lexington Manor)

10306 Meridian Avenue North, Seattle, WA 98133

09/06/14 by LuxeMeridian: This place is full of bed bugs. Stay away more

Fountain Court Apartments

2400 4th Avenue, Seattle, WA 98121

09/21/14 by belltowntenant2014: Tenant beware: you may be scammed if you move in to Fountain Court. While the complex offers a fair value for Belltown, the management staff will try to defraud you. A month before my lease was due to expire, I visited the leasing office on three separate occasions to inform the staff of my intention to move out, and inquire about necessary actions. Not one of the three leasing agents -- more

Promenade at the Park

3215 NE 143rd Street, Seattle, WA 98125

08/30/14 by immolet: Management & Maintenance: The manager, Eric G., was excellent. Always friendly, patient, and professional. Maintenance problems were taken care of quickly (I even had to have a refrigerator replaced, and they managed to get it done within a few hours of submitting a request!). The maintenance guy, Alex(?), was also really great. I'd be lucky to find such awesome people again! Apartment & more

The Lyric

215 10th Avenue East, Seattle, WA 98103

10/15/14 by Verified Resident: I appreciate that everyday there is someone here from the office staff. Ultimately, the reason I decided to live here was that the office staff was available on a Sunday, which was the only day I had off prior to the day I needed to move. I also appreciate how friendly the office staff is and how they always take the time to say hello. more

Ben Lomond

1027 Bellevue Court, Seattle, WA 98122

10/08/14 by anonymous: I have lived at the Ben Lomond for almost 3 years. The resident manager, Lou, is so amazing that I actually followed him here from another property. He is genuinely invested in restoring the building to it's former glory as well as creating a community. In a 100 year old building, there is constant upkeep, yet Lou and the building's owner work tirelessly to keep it both functioning and more

The Wave

520 2nd Ave Ext. S., Seattle, WA 98104

10/20/14 by Verified Resident: We only recently moved in, but our experience so far has been outstanding. The staff and all the residents are incredibly open, accommodating, and friendly. The rooftop views cannot be topped, and the amenities are second to none. We could not be happier that we decided to make The Wave our new home. more

The Century

101 Taylor Avenue North, Seattle, WA 98109

10/15/14 by Verified Resident: Overall very positive. The building is nice, clean, everyone is friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, occasionally a bit noisy from the city and some neighbors, but that seems unavoidable with apartment complex in a city. No major problems or concerns so far! more

Skyline House

600 West Olympic Place, Seattle, WA 98119

06/20/14 by kiminoa: As long as Roy is the apartment manager here, I cannot recommend the Skyline House enough. It is a little spendy for my small studio+"den" with its 3/4 scale kitchen, but it's worth it. Safe, prompt maintenance and the incredible quantity of friendly, long-term tenants speaks volumes about what a great place this is to live. Ventilation is great too, for those who worry about more

Elliott Pointe Apartments

2226 Elliott Avenue, Seattle, WA 98121

08/12/14 by smokeyburgess: My wife and I rented at Elliott Pointe for 6 years and loved everything about it-- great location, nice apartments, well-maintained facilities, fair prices, peaceful -- but what really made it work for us was Paul Eggers, the manager. He was highly professional and went out of his way to make our stay satisfying and comfortable. He's one-in-a-million. Thanks, Paul, for all you did for us. more
