120 Republican Street, Seattle, WA 98109

07/09/14 by Verified Resident: The neighborhood is great. Access to groceries, banks, restaurants, bars and activities right outside your door. All three of the rooftop decks are beautiful. The apartments are nice and have energy efficient appliances. The 1st Ave side has a lot of street noise (busses, trucks, drunken revelers and drug-addled transients). The Seattle Center side gets a lot of festival and event noise. more

Fountain Court Apartments

2400 4th Avenue, Seattle, WA 98121

08/04/14 by anonymous: No, that is not a typo. The Fountain Court is rated at 3%. Think about it, Dick Cheney and head lice are more popular. Many of us had high hopes for the new management team, but nothing has changed. For a long time I just thought that this was some experiment about how not to run an apartment building--a lounge full of totally uncomfortable chairs that replaced the formerly comfortable couches, more

Royvue Apartments

615 Bellevue Avenue East, Seattle, WA 98102

05/21/14 by anonymous: The building is beautiful and the neighbors are mostly kind and friendly. It's wonderful to be able to walk through a well-tended garden every day. The architectural elements of the building are also fantastic. The manager is very conscientious. I am glad to live here; it's quiet and lovely. There are some drawbacks, though: --can't hang photos on the wall--only from more

The Lyric

215 10th Avenue East, Seattle, WA 98103

07/31/14 by Verified Resident: I have loved my first month here. The folks in the office, especially Jessie, have been terribly helpful and professional in my relocation to WA state from AZ. The building's amenities are awesome and the people in the building are great (for the most part) and I love the area. If the old slogan for real estate stands true "Location! Location! Location!" than this is the best place on Capitol more

Skyline House

600 West Olympic Place, Seattle, WA 98119

06/20/14 by kiminoa: As long as Roy is the apartment manager here, I cannot recommend the Skyline House enough. It is a little spendy for my small studio+"den" with its 3/4 scale kitchen, but it's worth it. Safe, prompt maintenance and the incredible quantity of friendly, long-term tenants speaks volumes about what a great place this is to live. Ventilation is great too, for those who worry about more

Elliott Pointe Apartments

2226 Elliott Avenue, Seattle, WA 98121

08/12/14 by smokeyburgess: My wife and I rented at Elliott Pointe for 6 years and loved everything about it-- great location, nice apartments, well-maintained facilities, fair prices, peaceful -- but what really made it work for us was Paul Eggers, the manager. He was highly professional and went out of his way to make our stay satisfying and comfortable. He's one-in-a-million. Thanks, Paul, for all you did for us. more

Harbor Steps

1221 1st Avenue, Seattle, WA 98101

03/19/14 by anonymous: This is the second time I've lived at Harbor Steps. Once in 2009 and now again in 2014. I love the amenities, the people here are friendly, the location is wonderful, and I will miss it when we finally buy a place and move out. more

Promenade at the Park

3215 NE 143rd Street, Seattle, WA 98125

08/30/14 by immolet: Management & Maintenance: The manager, Eric G., was excellent. Always friendly, patient, and professional. Maintenance problems were taken care of quickly (I even had to have a refrigerator replaced, and they managed to get it done within a few hours of submitting a request!). The maintenance guy, Alex(?), was also really great. I'd be lucky to find such awesome people again! Apartment & more

Illumina Lake Union Apartments

219 E Garfield Street, Seattle, WA 98102

07/27/14 by samanthab73: I have lived in the Illumina for two years. The only reason I am moving is because I've outgrown my two bedroom apartment. The location is prime (less than 15 minutes by car to anywhere - Downtown, Capital Hill, Greenlake, UW, Fremont, and even Ballard when traffic cooperates). There is great freeway access, the rooftop deck is incredible, and the prices are very competitive with the more
