I lived there almost 5 years until less than a year go.. - Soon after I moved in, I discivered there was a termite problem. The old owners didn't want to pay the money to fix it correctly so I have to move out of my apartments off and on for months so they could fumigate. Then they were bought by a big company - well, I still had to move out agai a couple times, having clothes and a coat ruined in the process because they were painting ...Full review of Club At Bitter Lake

Stay away! This place has mold and noise problems! - I recently moved out of the Audrey at Belltown (formerly Pinnacle Belltown) and had a terrible experience with mold. When I toured the property, Lynette (leasing agent) told me that there were no mold problems at the property. After I signed the lease and gave her a check, I was given my keys and moved in. A few days later, Lynette called to say that she had a few more pieces of ...Full review of Pinnacle Belltown

Just fine - I have lived here for a year and I think it is fine. When I first moved in, it was nasty, there was always trash and puke in the hallway, the windows in my apartment was so old and didn't have screens. My neighbors below me and next to me are so loud sometimes and you can hear every word they say. Now they are taking the time to renew the building with new windows and paint which ...Full review of Willows Court Apartments

Not Recommended - I lived in the apt. building when it was first built. It has gone down hill ever since. The landlord is so cheap on repairs. Offensive signs everywhere. Students leave beer bottles and puke on the pavement. The secured front door is never locked and garage doors are always broken. The maintence staff has always been nice and trying to keep up the dorm/frat house living atmosphere. I have ...Full review of Clearwater Apartments

Not nearly as bad as people are saying - Given, I've only lived here a short while, but so far, I think the place seems great! Alex, the leasing agent, has been really helpful. I haven't dealt with anyone else in the office because he's usually there. The parking garage is huge and there is always lots of availability. The neighbors are sometimes a little loud, but that's community living for ...Full review of Summit At Madison Park

Former Tenant - I recently moved out. The building is awesome and the rent is way low. They could easily charge $100 a month more....maybe even more, compared to other buildings that aren't as nice. This is a great place to live, with a great address and overall...My only gripe was the manager was slow to respond, good neighbors in the building. No real trouble makers...good views. I recommend ...Full review of Porter Apartments

Love it - I remember checking this site out before moving in and now that I have been here for a while, I thought I would log in and tell everyone what I think. Yes its not new, but its clean and they seem to be doing a great job keeping it that way. Yea the elevators don't seem to all be working, but I understand they are working on a complete overhaul and thats a good idea from what I can ...Full review of Balfour Place Apartments

It's a compromise with more upsides than downsides - We live on the front side of the building and have incredible views of Lake Union and the city (which you cannot find anywhere for the price and space). That is enough to make most people happy. The building is fine. Yes, management is notorious for not responding back at all. It's somewhat unbelievable that it's almost comical. The walls are thin so expect that. I have yet to ...Full review of St. James Tower

Not bad at all, but be-ware of noisy neighbors - I have lived at Carriage House for 1.5 years. I have no complaints about management or maintenence. They have always addressed problems in a timely fashion and fixed what needed fixed. the new management has continuously upkept the parking lot and they are currently installing a trash compactor. The two times that there was a "security threat" it was handled promptly and flyers were sent ...Full review of Carriage House Apartments

Loved it last year-HATE IT NOW!!! - I wrote a previous review giving this place a high score. That was when Alice ran things. Used to love it, but then we got new management. Now it sucks! They demoted the previous sweetheart of a manager(Alice), and put an idiot(Erica)in her place that doesn't know what she's doing, and it has ruined this place. She fired the awesome maintenance man. I can't wait to get ...Full review of Woodridge Park Apartments
