Great location, cute apartments & new mgmt that finally cares - I lived in the Metropolitan Park Apts. from 2001 until the end of 2007. You can see just by how long I lived there that I must have loved it - and I did! You can't beat the location, it has gated, underground parking and the new manager, Mila, really cares about the place. I still have friends that live there and cannot believe how much has been done to the place. Yes, ...Full review of Metropolitan Park Apartments

What a weirdo... - I have lived here for the last two years. I would recomend this place to anyone. The land lord is great. He gets things fixed quickly and keeps it very nice and clean here. The people who live in this building are wonderful neighbors and seem to be very thoughtful and kind. I love the fact that I can have my puppy here too. Perfectly located. Close to almost everything. I love it here. ...Full review of Avalon Park Vista

Not worth it. - So lived here for 15 months. Horrible experience thus far only 13 days left in my lease and I can not wait. The manager does not know how to keep residents I pay 910 going rate for a rental 15 months ago now able to find WAY better apartments for 750. I am moving to a 2 bedroom 2 bath newly renovated just up the street (Avalon). Asked for a reduced rent and was told no way. I have paid my rent on ...Full review of City Views Apartments

MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE - The managment of this building is concerned with one thing and one thing only, that is getting your money. I was a resident here for 8 years, and I went through 9 management changes. The current management of "Seattle Urban Apartments" is a woman who is a nightmare to deal with. Their website and advertisement are false. There are no views of Lake Union, and views that they ...Full review of Summit East

Mixed Feelings, but definately over priced - we're approaching the end of our lease and it has been a comfortable apartment. It has great new modern features that are hard to find in city. European windows, w/d in all units, balconies, nice kitchens, and great heating system. I don't know what the person below is talking about, but water and utilities are free. It is even written in the contracts, so that ...Full review of Belgrove Court

- I've lived here for two years. The place has gone downhill SEVERELY over the past 9 months. We've had 4 "resident managers", none of whom are ever on site. Things break and are not fixed--things like the elevator and the automatic garage door. The garage door was jammed open for over 24 hours, making the secured parking we pay $100/mo. for accessible to every transient ...Full review of Crest Apartments

Safety and Security Greatly in Question. Don t Stay Here! - I recently relocated to Washington and have temp housing for several months at Harbor Steps. When I was out of Washington on business for two weeks recently, my mountain bike was stolen. It was chained inside a bicycle parking space, a 6-walled windowless room that can be entered only by a key provided by Harbor Steps. I reported this incident to management and the police, who labeled ...Full review of Harbor Steps

Yes, to living at Solara Apartments - I ve lived at the Solara Apartment for 2 years, and couldn t be more pleased with the management and staff. I admire their professionalism and they will go the distance for their tenants. Communication and ownership are tenants responsibilities as well.
