For further opinions, refer to the Ivy Ridge Apt. ratings (same mgmt)which will give you some adt?l. feedback of what to expect in mgmt. and quality of apt.
1800 Eastlake Apts. are decent and fairly new (only 3-4 years) but the walls are paper thin so expect to hear your neighbors.
The mgmt. is not very accomodating, rude, unorganized and has made numerous excuses for not returning my deposit.
