During the 12 months we lived there we had nothing but problems. Our upstairs neighbor was very noisy and mgmt did nothing to correct the problem, they wanted to take one of the two parking spots (they ran out of spaces and blamed us for having 2 spots) we had away and we did not get any of our deposit back. (First they told us our place was great and no inspection was necessary and we would get all of our deposit back then they changed their story!) Make sure that you are there during the final walk through. Also, cars were constantly getting broken into or stolen out of their garage. Sometimes the main garage door will be broken and stuck open for days..... For the price they are charging there are much better places to live with much better management staff.
