For some reason, this building attracts the typical "Seattle douchebag" - arrogant, self-absorbed, rude and obnoxious. You'll meet them in the hallways and they'll make you feel bad for breathing the same air as them.
Management are snide, they lie about anything and everything and they make up different rules for different tenants. They'll also bleed money out of you like you wouldn't believe. Don't expect them to return phone calls, either. There's nothing wrong with the building itself, but I couldn't stand living around these awful people.
