These people are money-grubbers, plain and simple. They'll raise your rent, charge you illegally for things you didn't do, lie and cheat in order to screw you out of money and not do anything about problem tenants. Never live here. Ever. I wish I never had, that's for sure. There are plenty of reputable companies with whom you can spend your money.
