We have lived in our apartment for over a year now and love it. We have never had a problem with the management and in our experience, they have always taken care of problems right away. If the walls are thin then we have extremely quiet neighbors because we have never heard anything from anyone we share a wall with. It's a great location, close to downtown, many restaurants and the freeway. The only reason we are moving is to purchase a home.
