Convenient location - great water views from roof

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003

 
Lived there for 3 years in a courtyard side unit and enjoyed the location more than the building. Can be noisy at times, but staff were always willing to take complaints seriously and act on them. This is a REIT (Equity Residential) owned building and office staff does get rotated between the many buildings they own.

Easy walk to Pike Place Market, one block from waterfront.
