I've lived here for over 3 years. When I first moved in, they were in the midst of a major external reconstruction, which seemed to indicate the management was planning on doing positive things with the building. But as many have noted, the office staff changes rapidly, and about 2 office-staff-sets ago, things started to get much worse. First they started saving money by cancelling the security-guard walkthroughs, which means the fire-escape stairwells are often very stanky because of all the people peeing in the doorways. They used to have a wonderful old russian grandma that cleaned the public spaces every day. First they replaced her with a surly slacker who cleaned once a week. They fired her and it's been MONTHS since they vaccumed the carpet in the halls on my floor. Add in the fact that even during the rather renter-friendly market in belltown currently, they are still trying to raise rents. Overall, would recommend against. The drunk people arguing in the alley noise has gotten worse since a new nightclub opened up down the street. The apartment walls are also very thin, more worrisom is the fact that the ceilings/floors are just as thin. You will be able to hear every step of your upstairs neighbor, unless they weigh less than 20 pounds. the one outstanding feature is the washer/dryer in every apartment...only reason I'm still here. That and I work across the street =p
