Comfortable apartment complex From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/19/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   I think for the city the rent is reasonable. The Manager lady and the maintenance guy are very helpful. The building is well designed and kept clean. The only issue i have is that the parking spots are congested and the entrance to the parking spot on Bell street makes u scrape your car bottom if you have a low car. The noise from the Street below can be irritating if you keep the windows open but if you slide your windows closed its perfectly quiet. I like the place very much and think it is worth the money
