There are definitly pros and cons to living here! My favorite thing is that you can NEVER hear your neighbors. The people next to me have parties with music blaring, and you can only hear it from the hallway. Parking is expensive, but it's safer than on the street! Jim the mantainance guy is great, the previous manager Donna was so mean. They have a new one now who is only in ONCE a week (how helpful) but Alan the assistant manager is pretty nice. I live on the first floor and I was the first apartment to ever be broken into (someone came in through my window at 3am) so other than that i've felt safe. I will miss living here, but it also feels like the management is watching your every move, I dunno I have mixed feelings!
