Great for singles/couples not families From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/12/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   Great if you don't mind being in the action. Lots of traffic/train noise and near a "shady" corner of Western and Bell. There is a Day Labor workplace a block a way, but the Market is also a block a way. Lots of things to see and do nearby, within walking distance. Overall I felt safe, especially with underground parking that is monitored by video cameras. There is also a daily attendant who checks the parking stickers, I have always had a place to park in my garage. The front staff is great especally Allen, who has been nothing but helpful and kind. Its nice to be treated with respect even when they know I will only be renting for a short while. This is a great place if you work downtown (can walk to work) but it is hard to get to I-5. It takes a roundabout way and 15 min to just get to the highway from downtown. But very easy to get on HWY 99 southbound is a snap, just a block a way. OVerall a great experience. They also make it really easy to recycle and donate unwated clothes and things. This is the best Equity place I have lived in so far. I think the smaller building makes a difference and easier to manage. They do a great job!
