Five unites and 4 tenants moved out in a month!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/5/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   I just moved out. After almost two years of begging to have repairs in the apartment and dealing with the constant power outages I moved. The owner, who lives in the basement, is a lazy bastard. DOES ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. When I moved in he told me the previous tenant did all the damage, but he told every tenant the same thing. The power is constantly going out and the roof leaked into the apartments and the smell of mildew is everywhere. He never cleans and opens all your trash bags and goes through them saying he is recyling. THATS PERSONAL. Terrible place.
