Mildew everywhere From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/13/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   I lived there 8 months ago and only stayed till the lease ran out. HE IS THE WORSE OWNER. As the others wrote, he does NOTHING. My son and I scrubbed mildew off of every wall the place was filty when we moved in and his excuse was the last tenant. I'm sure he charged the last tenant. I also know he ran his electity off of my apartment where he use to live. Things were always breaking and he did nothing. Was traveling all the time and left no one to help in case of an emergency. NEVER RENT THERE - AWFUL, AWFUL OWNER. Electricty is over. $220 for 2 months in winter.
