?????????????????? - Just thought you should know your husband has been cheating with that nasty ass Maggie who works at another property. It has gone on long enough. You should check his cell phone records especially for the month of April for verification. Im sorry you had to find out this way but the humiliation should end NOW. ...Full review of Belmont

Pricey Vintage - The Astor Court, in Seattle's Capitol Hill neighborhood, is a once-elegant three-story prewar building, now slightly run down. Security entrance, wood floors, high ceilings, beautiful trim. Adequate plumbing for a building of this age. Capitol Hill is a youthful left-wing neighborhood popular with queer folk, and consists mostly of apartment buildings. The ...Full review of Astor Court Apartments

meh - Pretty inexpenisive when i lived there. The buildings pretty old, and living next to the alley i could hear homeless people throwing up every once in a while. The alndlord was really nice, even though he came in to my apartment a couple times without knocking, whatever. The windows are impossible to open. While trying to open my hands went straight through the ancient brittle glass. ...Full review of St. Florence Apartments

Not to bad... - I have lived here two years and I haven't had very many problems. There have been a few management changes that didn't go that smoothly, but for the most part things are as to be expected. Instead of raising the rents, in August of 2008 they installed radio signal operated water meters on each apartment. Now the tenants pay around $50 per month for w/s/g. ...Full review of Hillree Manor

Carriage House former resident - I lived at the CH Apts until Feb 2006. I enjoyed my stay and the place was neat and clean. I had no problem with pests of any kind and again the apartment was kept up well. The only downside was that my apartment was on the end of the building and located near the exit door. Eventually I got used to the door slams and firetrucks passing my window. Two thumbs up for the CH. I would do it ...Full review of Carriage House Apartments on Boylston Avenue

A quiet place in a pleasant neighborhood - I have lived in many places and many apartments in my life, and the Yates has been by far the most pleasant. It's a charming old building in a delightful neighborhood that is ideal for those who are happy to live without a car. Some covered parking is available for an extra charge, but with a Metro stop just a few doors away, who needs a car??? Rents are very reasonable for ...Full review of The Yates

Good comes with the bad - I lived at this apartment building for two years and had some amazing experiences with some less than thrilling ones. The parking was difficult in the garage, but I never had a problem finding parking on the street. The security was fine, but you will find people in the neighborhood are rather young and destructive. As a young female, I was scared a few times, with good reason ...Full review of Pinehurst Place Apartments

Great Affordable Apartments - I have lived here for 3 years and the managers have been great. The apartments are big and roomy, a little dated with kitchen and bathroom but overall not bad. They are currently remodeling the apartments puting in new windows, heaters, lighting, and updating carpet and other flooring. Love that they are not painted the stale hospital white. Only downfall laundry kind of sucks with ...Full review of Town & Country Apartments
