Clean, Safe, Affordable - The building is located in a changing neighborhood, just off campus near Seattle University. It is a 5-Story structure, with only 1 bedroom apartments, a community room with plasma TV, Piano, Computers w/internet access, a soda machine and has limited but secure off street parking on a first come, first served (seniority) basis. There are two guest parking spots in ...Full review of Cal Anderson House

- Overall this place was okay. I lived here for 3 years and it was the cheapest 3 bedroom place around. The living spaces are pretty big while the bedrooms are kind of small. There's lots of street noise. The place is pretty clean. ...Full review of Shannon Apartments on th Avenue Northeast

Nice and quiet - I have lived in Meridian Park about a year. The grounds are extremely well taken care of. Neighbors are quiet and Pacific Pointe build blocks most all of the road noise.

No view, but you can walk 1/2 a block down the street to take that in whenever you like.

Nice 2-story townhouse design makes it feel more like a home than an apartment. Fairly-new so all the fixtures are ...Full review of Meridian Park

Gorgeous High-End Loft Condos Close to Downtown! - Great apartment community. Rollins was originally meant to go Condo, but when the bottom fell out of the real estate market and they didn't sell quickly enough, it turned into a high-end apartment community. No where else that I know of at least in the Seattle area can you get a true concrete and wood loft unit with top end (Kohler, Quartz counters, Bosch Appliances) finishes ...Full review of Rollin Street Flats

This is a great place to live - I've lived here for 3 years and I really dont have a lot of complaints at all. Alita, the apartment manager, is one of the most warm and friendly people I've ever met, and she is fantastic at addressing problems you may have, though I've had very few to report. The only quip I'd have is that because the building is so old, I have rusty water that comes out for ...Full review of Colony Surf

Pretty Nice - If you are looking for an inner-city apartment with all the amenities, this is a great place for you. Located 6 blocks from the center of downtown and Broadway on Cap. Hill, you'll be close to everything. Too close for me. I've had people try to pee in my open window, vomit in front of it and shower next to it. There is always a serious party going on across the street, in ...Full review of Alexander Apartments

Decent place to live - I lived here with a roommate for about a year. The landlord, Virginia, is a decent, friendly person who managed the place well, coming by regularly to maintain the complex even though she lived offsite, responded promptly to any requests and so on. The units had wood-style linoleum and the walls were clean, though we had to be careful to keep the bathrooms ventilated ...Full review of 4230 8th Avenue NE
