These people had a complete personnel changeover in the last 18 months...and everything went downhill fast.
What happened was that the really caring and competent people left and they were replaced by these yuppie sycophants with an elitist attitude and no job skills or integrity.
Ask a simple question, get a LIE in return from one of them (the assistant manager). Or get an airheaded "Um, Ill have to, UH check." from the basket case leasing agent.
Think the GM will be able to work with you' Think again. She thinks that smiling with fake kindness is the answer to any complaint you have. She is a wanna-be sorority girl with no incentive or independence of her own. Surrounded by her staff of yes-girls and stoner maintenance man, she is a danger to anyone expecting competent action.
Security is a joke. Most of the car prowls and the like come from residents leaving the damn building and garage doors open. Security patrols that are never on site make the problem worse.
When you pay over $1000 a month for an apartment, youd think that the residents would take some pride in their building. WRONG. These turds write on the walls and steal stuff from the lobby when you dont watch them close enough. They scratch graffiti in the elevators, leave their filth laying around and generally act like the self-centered trash youd expect from a Belltown dork.
