They brag that they have a Raquetball Court, but you have to walk down like 8 flights of stairs in a dark and scary stairwell (just step over the bums on your way down.)They brag that they have a swimming pool, upon first viewing of "The Pool" I laughed my ass off. It"s 4 feet wide 12 feet long and 2 feet deep (be careful diving into that bad boy.)When they showed off the Hot tub I was amazed to see that they didnt bother to pick up the bottles and caps and cigerette butts tossed by a No Smoking sign.
The whole courtyard looked filthy and they showed me a 1 bedroom, on the way up I noticed the hallways probably havent been cleaned in weeks and when I saw the apartment I was sure I wouldnt live here. (I didnt think that belltown was a ghetto.) The elevators stink like trash and have graffiti scratched on the walls and doors. In my opinion I think the whole building belongs at 2nd and Pike or Pine because that is what this place remindes me of.
So why live here when the rents exacty reflect the nicer places in belltown'
I am happy to report I dont live here and I found a cheaper deal at a newer property called The Sydney.
