The most expensive slum I've ever lived in

Don't move here unless you want to deal with the following:
-an incompetent office staff that could care less about the tennants (Shannon's alright, LaShunda doesn't know what she's talking about most of the time and Kari is dumber than a box of rocks).
-frequent break-ins in the garage (garage door openers have been among the items stolen. What has Equity done about this' Put up signs on the entrances/exits saying that there are cameras. Have they told the tennants that criminals now have access to our garage' NO!)
-Tennants that like to throw roman-orgy style parties (sex in the stairwells, used condoms in the elevators, throwing bottles into the courtyard, and pissing off of the balcony are just a few of the highlights)
-Graffitti in the elevators
-Cramped parking spaces
-No security in the building. (They hide the fact that there's ONE patrol for all of the Equity properties downtown which means that there's pretty much no one watching the building most of the time).
-Tennants that are too stupid to call the police when they saw that someone rolled under the garage door as they were driving into the garage, which is how the last break-in happened.
For what I pay to live here, this place should be run much better. The staff was great when I moved in and I can see why they left. As soon as my lease is up, I'm gone.
