a great place to come home to From: blue3157 Date posted: 10/13/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   I have lived here for 1.5 years now and have consistently found the staff to be professional,responsive, friendly, and helpful. I feel like they've got my back and that goes a long way. The grounds are clean, I never, ever have trouble parking, and my apartment is quiet. I rarely hear my neighbors. I do, however, hear street noise, but hey, that's a part of any urban living and is unavoidable. I feel safe here and like its central location. Also, since the property is one of the older ones in Belltown there are amazing gardens in the courtyard. It's a very peaceful place to relax. There is a great restaurant on the property (Afrikando)and a great market with really friendly owners. All and all, I have had a great experience living here and highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to live in Belltown.
