Where do I start' I've gotton on the elevator as 2 visitors got off anf they reeeked of weed as did the elevator. There is currently vomit on the wall of the elevator and a dried puddle on the floor. Also our neighbors below us were having a party,(they quieted down around 10-1030) but wiith them outside smoking on their balcony the smell was coming into our apartment,even though our balcony door was shut. The garage door door exit smells of human and dog urine horribly bad. The garbage is always overflowing. Also, the pipes in the garage leak and soapy water is always on the ground. 1 last thing, a few nights ago I was walking down the street next o the building and from street level you can look right into the office, I saw the head maintainance guy in there looking at porn @ 1030 at night!!!
